'Electronic Harassment', or, 'Directed
Energy', or, 'Remote Harassment',
surveillance and harassment appears to be
targeted at growing numbers of people
worldwide. I
have been personally targeted, continually
and severely, since late in the year 2000.
Between 1981 and 1994, I nearly lost
the sight in one eye due to intermittent but
atrociously severe, distant/remote 'burning'
